When you purchase any Daminion license, 1-year's maintenance is included. After the first year, you can renew the maintenance option or continue to use the license without maintenance. The new maintenance period starts from the date on which your previous maintenance period expired.
Maintenance is purchased per-user, for one or more years at a time.
Maintenance covers:
- free technical support by email during the maintenance period
- free upgrades for one year, even across major version releases
