The studio, which currently employs ten photographers and four videographers, has been serving the Greater New York area for over 65 years and is now run by the sons of the original founders.
H&H Photographers add about 500k photos per year to an already huge archive that is now managed by Daminion Server.
The company uses Lightroom to process their RAW images and they would have liked to use it for cataloging too, but, unfortunately, Lightroom can’t be used on a network. So began the search for a DAM solution that could handle their vast and growing image archive.
Now, thanks to Daminion, H&H can quickly and easily find sample images to give to their vendors. They can show prospective clients photos taken at similar events held in the same catering halls or temples. They can select images to upload to their blog or website, or to submit to local publications and bridal magazines.
