Can Ignore Default Import Settings
Description:
This functionality allows users to ignore the default import settings.
Desktop:
During import, the default import settings are ignored. Files are only uploaded to the server according to the configured “rename token” for folder and file names.
Can Search for Last Imported Files
Description:
This functionality allows users to view the last imported files.
Desktop:
The “Show Last Import” option in the “Catalog” menu is inactive.
Edit Default Import Settings
Description:
This functionality allows users to edit the default import settings.
Desktop:
The “Import Settings” option is not displayed in the “Catalog > Advanced Settings” menu.
Edit File Import Filters
Description:
This functionality allows users to edit file import filters.
Desktop:
The “Import Filters” option in the “Catalog > Advanced Settings” menu is inactive.
Import
Description:
This functionality allows users to perform file import.
Desktop:
The “Add Files” button is inactive. The “File” menu options “Add Files” and “Import” are inactive.
The drag and drop window opens, but upon confirmation, a message appears stating that the user does not have sufficient permissions (Rescan ignores this rule).
Web:
The “Add Files” button is not accessible. Importing via drag and drop is disabled. (Adobe Connector: “Upload as New Asset” options are inactive)
