Description:
This functionality provides access to a window that displays the percentage of tagged files.

Desktop:
The “Analyze” option is missing in the “Catalogs > Advanced Settings” menu.


Approve Imported Files

Description:
This functionality allows for the approval of imported files.

Desktop:
To perform this action, filter the files using the “Saved search – Need to admin approval” option. Right-clicking on the files provides the option to “Approve Item(s)”.

Web:
The approval icon (V) is missing in the “Approve Files” area for thumbnails.


Can Ignore Default Interface Settings

Description:
This functionality allows users to ignore default interface settings.

Desktop:
If a user does not have permission, the administrator can override the tag panel, label names, and property panel settings.


Edit Backup Settings

Description:
This functionality allows users to edit backup settings.

Desktop:
The “Backup” option is inactive in the “Catalogs > Advanced Settings” menu.


Edit Color Label Names

Description:
This functionality allows users to edit the names of color label values.

Desktop:
The “Color Labels” option is inactive in the “Catalogs” menu. Renaming tag values is not possible in the tag tree.


Edit Default Interface Settings

Description:
This functionality allows users to edit default interface settings.

Desktop:
The “Default View Settings” option is missing in the “Catalogs > Advanced Settings” menu.

Web:

  • The “Apply to all users” button is not displayed in the Filter panel.
  • The button for configuring tag composition is not displayed in the Properties panel.
  • If the user has the necessary permission, the “File Path Rules for macOS” option appears in “Settings > Advanced Settings” (Default settings for all users).

Edit Replication Settings

Description:
This functionality allows users to edit replication settings.

Desktop:
The “Replication Settings” option is missing in the “Catalogs > Advanced Settings” menu.


Edit Waiting Room Settings

Description:
This functionality allows users to edit waiting room settings.

Desktop:
The “Required Metadata Settings” option is missing in the “Catalogs > Advanced Settings” menu.

Web:
The “Waiting Room” option is missing in the Settings.


Manage and Describe Faces (Face Recognition)

Description:
This functionality involves managing and describing faces using face recognition.

Desktop:

  • Clicking on the face icon in the top right corner displays a warning indicating that the user does not have permission.
  • The “Face Recognition” option is inactive in the “Catalog” menu.

Manage Access Control Settings

Description:
This functionality allows users to manage access control settings.

Desktop:

  • The “Access Control” option is missing in the “Catalogs > Advanced Settings” menu.
  • The “Set Access Permissions” option is missing when right-clicking on a media item in the “Item” menu.
  • The “Security” option is inactive when right-clicking on a value in the Folders tag.

Web:

  • The Access Control tag is not displayed in the Filters panel.
  • The “Security” option is missing when clicking on a value in the Folders tag.

Edit External API Key

Description:
This functionality allows users to manage API keys for Bing Maps.

Web:
The “API Keys” option is missing in the “Settings > Advanced Settings” menu.


Optimize Catalog

Description:
This functionality allows users to optimize the catalog.

Desktop:
The “Optimize” option is inactive in the “Catalogs > Advanced Settings” menu.


Publish Items to CDN

Description:
This functionality involves publishing files to a Content Delivery Network (CDN).


Setup Company Logotype

Description:
This functionality allows users to set up a company logotype.

Web:
The “Logotype for Current Catalog” option is missing in the “Settings > User Interface” menu.


Start/Stop Synchronizing Files Metadata

Description:
This functionality allows users to start or stop synchronizing metadata with files.

Desktop:
The “Start Writing Tags to Files” option is inactive in the “Catalogs” menu.
